Tax Issues Magazine, operating under the umbrella of the Revenue Controllers Association, was established and began publication in 1978 to address the problems and shortcomings inherent in the tax system. Published semi-annually in its first year, the magazine later expanded to bi-monthly, maintaining its distinguished position as a "National Monthly Magazine" from 1995 to the present.
