PoolText is a technology platform based in Ankara and Boston, supported by MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) VMS, that provides objective structural evaluation of scientific articles and increases the efficiency of scientific publication processes for researchers.

PoolText article reports allow researchers to finalize their articles before submitting them to journals and make necessary corrections, thus preventing potential time loss.

PoolText Article Reports:

*It checks the use of English in the article with a focus on academic writing. It ensures that all sentences in the article are error-free in terms of grammar, punctuation, and spelling, and generates rewriting suggestions appropriate to the article's field for each sentence.

*It checks the article's sections, references, and overall structure at more than 50 points for compliance with international standards and recommends improvements.

*It prevents time losses due to structural issues in the article and increases the likelihood of acceptance from the targeted, reputable journals.

Furthermore, analysis of overall university score averages and department-based comparisons based on the report outputs are made available to university administrations through a dedicated panel established for member universities. This panel provides university administration with a general picture of the structural status (English language level, reference quality, and structural integrity) of articles published by the university before they are submitted to journals. This way, academic education and seminar planning within the university is focused, thus ensuring more efficient use of institutional resources.

Generally, the PoolText Report contributes to an increase in the total number of publications and citations by improving the structural quality of university publications, thereby helping universities improve their international rankings.
